BEGIN WITH A CONVERSATION
Who This Work Is For
This work tends to resonate with people who are open, or willing to become more open, to altered states of consciousness and a different way of accessing healing and self-understanding.
Most people don't come because they're looking for a psychedelic experience. They come because they're exhausted from carrying the same pain. They want to understand why grief still feels so present years later. Why their body stays on high alert even when they're safe. Why relationships feel difficult. Why they feel numb, disconnected, or like they've somehow lost themselves. They're looking for an opportunity to meet themselves differently.
Areas This Work May Support
Every person’s story is different. These are some of the experiences and challenges that may bring someone to this work.
-
Grief can live in the body, the heart, and the nervous system in ways that are difficult to explain. When someone you love dies, or when life changes in ways you never wanted, it can feel like the world keeps moving while part of you stays frozen. You may wonder why you're still hurting months or years later. Grief isn't simply sadness. It can show up as numbness, anxiety, guilt, exhaustion, anger, or feeling disconnected from the life you once knew. This work creates space to gently meet grief rather than continue carrying it alone.
-
Trauma can leave people feeling disconnected from themselves and trapped in patterns that no longer serve them. It may look like constantly scanning for danger, struggling to trust people, feeling emotionally shut down, or reacting more intensely than you wish you did. You may know you're safe, but your body hasn't gotten the message. With thoughtful preparation and integration, this work may offer another way of approaching experiences that have felt too overwhelming to access through talking alone.
-
Depression is not always an overwhelming sadness. Sometimes it's feeling flat, going through the motions, or wondering why things that used to matter don't anymore. You may feel disconnected from yourself, your relationships, or your own life. And, If you've been living with depression for years, it can begin to feel like this is simply who you are. This work invites curiosity about what may exist beneath the numbness—and what healing might become possible.
-
Many of our deepest wounds happen in relationship. So does healing. You may find yourself repeating the same patterns despite your best intentions, pulling away when people get close, feeling unseen or misunderstood, and struggling to trust. This work can support greater awareness of the patterns that shape relationships and create space for new ways of connecting, with yourself and with others.
-
Some people come to this work during seasons of change, uncertainty, or misalignment. They may feel disconnected from their body, their emotions, nature, creativity, spirituality, or a sense of meaning. Life may feel muted and joy might feel distant. This work supports reconnecting with parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside in the effort to survive.
-
Many people arrive simply knowing that something feels unfinished. They may have spent years in therapy, tried different approaches, or learned ways to cope, yet still feel there's another layer waiting to be explored. If you're curious whether psilocybin facilitation is an appropriate next step, we can begin with a conversation.
