Who This Work Is For
This work tends to resonate with people who are open, or willing to become more open, to altered states of consciousness and a different way of accessing healing and self-understanding.
Many people come to this work because something in them is asking for more: more connection, more clarity, more access to the parts of themselves that feel stuck, protected, grieving, disconnected, or difficult to reach through thinking and talking alone.
Areas This Work May Support
Every person’s story is different. These are some of the experiences and challenges that may bring someone to this work.

Grief can live in the body, the heart, and the nervous system in ways that are difficult to explain. This work may support people moving through loss, transition, and the complicated emotional layers that come with trying to make meaning afterward.
-
Trauma can shape the body and mind around protection, fear, or disconnection. Psilocybin work, when approached with preparation, safety, and integration, may offer a different access point for exploring what has been held inside.
-
This work may resonate with people who feel stuck in patterns of depression, anxiety, numbness, or disconnection, especially when they are seeking a more intentional way to understand what may be underneath.
-
Relationships often hold some of our deepest wounds and longings. This work may support people exploring relational patterns, old hurts, intimacy, trust, communication, and the desire for deeper connection with self and others.
-
Some people come to this work during seasons of change, uncertainty, or misalignment. They may feel disconnected from themselves, their values, their joy, nature, meaning, or the life they want to be living.
